This snack bar is so yummy. Each individually wrapped so I always throw a few in my bag. It's made with 12 different kinds of natural cereals and is also a vegetarian friendly snack.

My 30 day challenge
A personal challenge is great for when you're stuck in a rut of bad habits or if you plan to meet some fitness, weight, or other mind and body related goals. I've noticed for this summer I've been letting myself totally let loose, eating and drinking literally whatever I wanted pretty much whenever I wanted. I lost the will power to even begin stopping myself even when I knew I shouldn't be eating something in the middle of the night or so much of something everyday. So for the month of August I put myself on a 30 day challenge. My face was freaking out and I had a huge belly bulge from eating so much junk so I decided that my 30 day challenge will be no deep fried foods, no processed foods, and at least 1 liter of pure water every day. The most challenging would have to be the 1 liter of water ... So hard to get that into my system. I have noticed a difference for my skin. Less deep rooted acne and in general the acne was less painful. The belly bulge was nice and flat again until 2 weekends ago, hot pot and bbq for my bday and then bbq again last weekend for my aunt's bday. In the 30 days I also ate processed food once. I did not know that Subways didn't serve real chicken. * Ah just to clarify it was Mr. Sub, and I'm sure Subways and Mr. Sub serve real chicken. What I meant was that I thought it was like chicken breast or something vs like that chicken patty thing ... kind of like a big chicken nugget. Sorry to cause and alarms!* LOL. It was like eating a giant chicken nugget. I think the most important thing about these personal challenges is that even if you screw up a few times it's ok. Just make an effort and don't stop trying just because you messed up a few times. Too much of this 'I might as well' or 'well I already messed up' bull crap. The official end date for this challenge is Sept 06 but I'm going to start my next one Sept 01. Changing the '30 days' to be just a monthly challenge because it's easier to keep track.

I think my Sept challenge will be to be in bed by 10 pm every night.
