Review - Kokuryudo HIPITCH Massage Peeling Gel

I love the non abrasive exfoliates like Laneige Strawberry peeling gel so my last SASA order I threw in some random peeling gels to see if I could find a new product that will work the same way but at a cheaper price.

I purchased Hipitch Massage Peeling Gel from for about $ 10.30.

SASA doesn't seem to carry this any more and I've had no luck with google. Not sure where this can be purchased.

The texture of this stuff is weird. It's like a cluster of dry jellies with infused yellow beads.

It doesn't really have a scent you're supposed to apply this to dry skin and just massage.

When you rub it spreads and rubs right in. Super smooth and the yellow beads break up and rub in as well.

I don't know what to think about this product. I was expecting something like the Laneige strawberry peel but this is really different. When you rub the strawberry peel gel it picks up dry skin on your face and clumps up. With this massage peeling gel, I rub and rub but nothing happens. Literally nothing happens when I use this product. My skin feels a bit cleaner afterwards but it definitely doesn't feel smooth like I've exfoliated.

I probably won't buy this again and I'm not really sure how long it's going to take me to use it up. I don't like this product and I don't think it's very effective. It just does... nothing.

What non abrasive peeling gels have you tried and which is your favorite?

Thanks for reading.
